Smt Gayathri Keshavan, Smt Maitreyi Barve and disciples
Academy of Bharata Natyam will present a dance recital on 17th March 2024 at 11 30 am. Gayathri Keshavan, director of the Academy, her daughter Maithreyi Barve and her granddaughter will be performing along with some of the students from the Academy.
This presentation constitutes of traditional items in the Pandanallur style. The highlight of the program will be an offering to Lord Shiva on the occasion of Shivaratri with a Patanjali shlokam performed by the mother and daughter, and a group presentation of Varnam in praise of Lord Nataraja. We cordially invite all of you for this classical dance presentation.
