About Gargi Panchangam

Gargi is an Empanelled Bharatnatyam artiste of ICCR. Gargi acted in National award winning movie ‘Cheluvi ‘ (1992) directed by Girish Karnad and in many kannada TV serials (up until 1998) as the leading lady.

She has a Masters in Molecular Genetics from SJSU (USA) and has worked extensively in cancer research at Stanford University and in the biotech Industry (California).

Gargi is an accomplished Hindustani classical vocalist trained under Late. Padmabhushan Pt. Basavraj Rajguru. She is B High graded artiste of All India Radio.

She runs a dance school " Samarpana" in Bangalore.
