An evening of Hindustani classical music and light compositions with Sugandha Upasani Sugandha is a passionate student and practitioner of Hindustani classical vocal music. She began her training with Shrimati Poornima Bhatt Kulkarni of the Kirana gharana, then went on to learn from Shrimati Saniya Patankar of the Jaipur gharana. At present, she continues to learn from both. She has been performing and teaching Hindustani Vocals to students of varied age-groups for some years now , and seeks to go deeper into the study and practice of this art. She likes to explore creative ways of teaching music and find ways of making music meaningful and relevant to students coming in from different points of interests.
